WANCIDE 60L (A fungicide and bactericide for wet-blue，fat liquor)

WANCIDE 60L is a solvent-based formulation of 2-(Thiocyanatomethylthio)benzothiazole （TCMTB）and isothiazoline derivates.

Applications and Use Levels：

Protection of wet-blue: (% based on pelt weight).

0.1%~0.3% WANCIDE 60L is used primarily as a mildew protector for wet-blue. It is preferable to add WANCIDE 60L in 2 parts:

* Half during the pickling.

* Half during chrome tanning (before basification)

Protection of crust and finished leather: (% based on shaved weight)

To avoid mould growth and spew, add 0.10 to 0.30 % WANCIDE 60L in retanning, dyeing or fat liquoring.

Handling：

When handle WANCIDE 60L, the usual precautions for handling of chemicals should be followed. Avoid contact with skin, wear goggles and gloves. In the event of a spillage, clean the skin with plenty of water and soap, flush eyes with water and buffer solution.
